Abstract
Within the framework of the study, the satisfaction of patients in the departments of somatic profile of the Republican Clinical Hospital of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tatarstan with relationships with nurses was studied; the opinion of the nursing staff about the role of the nurse in creating a favorable climate in the relationship «average medical worker-patient» was investigated; measures have been developed to improve the relationship between nurses and patients.
