Abstract

Training bachelors in the provision of socio-pedagogical and socio-medical services in a medical university has a number of advantages. First of all, this is the use of the personnel and educational and methodological potential of clinical departments and practice bases of a medical university, which allows to provide multidisciplinary training of specialists for the system of social protection, education, physical culture and sports. As the goal of the research, the authors set a task to find new ways of conducting educational activities while studying at the faculty of Nursing, taking into account the predominance of clip thinking among modern students. The article deals with the actual problem of clip thinking of modern students, identifies the reasons for the formation of clip thinking of modern young people, reveals the main characteristics of clip thinking, highlights the main features of clip thinking carriers, offers specific methods and techniques for working with clip thinking/consciousness in the classroom. It shows the possibilities of using a variety of methodological techniques and tools in the course of studying psychology, which simultaneously take into account the specifics of clip consciousness of modern students and help to use its strengths in the educational process In connection with the above, we see the need to create alternative educational programs, changes.

The main points of Interpersonal interaction model by H. Peplau were formulated in 1952. In subsequent years, they have not undergone significant changes and remain relevant up to now. According to this theory, nursing is a practical discipline whose purpose is to facilitate the productive transformation of the energies of interacting parties. Therefore, a therapeutic, interpersonal patient-nurse interaction that functions in concert with others to achieve a healthy state is important. The activity of a nurse is a purposeful interpersonal process of interaction between a nurse and a patient. The patient is an independent system with biochemical, physical and psychological characteristics and needs, among which the most important component is psychological. Health is a productive level of activity that enables interpersonal communication and solving developmental problems.

Nurses’ role in complex medical help providing while treating on type 2 diabetes-patients’

Abstract

The article provides recommendations for health care organizations about the role of diabetic nurses in management and improving the quality of care for type 2 diabetes patients. The recommended systematic approach for support and treatment of T2DM patients is based on the Chronic Care and Patient Centred Models and means that the wide range of diabetes nurses’ credentials, including initial pre-medical examination, routine monitoring of patients, decision-making on changing the routine and self care therapy, allow them to be the Case Coordinators. The above analysis allows us conclude that diabetic nurses’ management is the best practice for the early diagnosis selfcare management and complication prevention. The management of «diabetic nurses» work is analysed in detail on the example of healthcare system of Israel.

According to the available data Type 1 diabetes cannot be prevented. Effective approaches are available to prevent type 2 diabetes and to prevent the complications. This article is dedicated to the study of the quality of life of patients with type 2 diabetes. We used the brief version of the WHO’s QOL scale (WHOQOL-BREF) in this study. Therapeutic Patient Education (TPE) enables people with chronic diseases to improve a patient’s therapeutic adherence, general health.
