Quality of nursing care in palliative care

Abstract

This topic is based on a study that leads to an avaliation of the criteria of quality of nursing care in palliative care. Identification of skills, knowledge, professionalism, that is, the overall professional competence of nurses GBUZ «Center for Palliative Care DZM». The work explains the problems and barriers of palliative care, which often reduce the quality, how to evaluate the quality of medical services, the examination is explained in detail, the results and interpretations are shown, and recommendations are made to the institution and nurses to improve the quality of nursing care.

Most of the information regarding the impact of the novel coronavirus on children is still in clinical trials and is on the way to being introduced into pediatric practice.

Abstract

The authors in their original scientific research (2020) using sociological methods - a mass questionnaire survey and expert interviews - identified factors influencing the change in the quality of medical services and working conditions for nurses as a result of the expansion of their labor functions. Special attention was paid to the systematization of the opinions of doctors and nurses (clinics and hospitals) regarding the positive and negative expectations of patients from such an innovation in the field of healthcare. The reasons for both the possible cautious attitude of patients and their inspired perception from the expansion of the functional duties of nurses are shown.
