Immunohistochemical characteristics age transformation of the cell phone mastoid brain people of different sex

Abstract

Age-related changes in the structure of the human brain mamillary bodies were found in different age and sex. In elderly and senile age there is a decrease of GFAP-immunopositive cells. This process leads to an involutive transformations of neurons in the appropriate age. From 45 years of age in the mamillary bodies NSE-immunopositive cells are located around blood vessels in both sexes. Such an arrangement may be due to age-related changes in hemodynamics this structure. Reducing the number of MBP-immunopositive fibers in the elderly explains violation of synaptic connections both within the mamillary bodies and beyond. The observed changes in the expression of selected neuronal markers indicate age involution of mamillary bodies in both sexes.

Morphological characteristics and features in sertoli cell ultrastructure experimental varicocele

Abstract

Established anatomical morphometric characteristics of Sertoli cells in the simulation of varicocele and after treatment. After modeling varicocele perimeter and diameter of the cells and their nuclei was significantly decreased with increasing periods of varicocele. After undergoing surgery to Ivanissevich increased performance area, perimeter and diameter of Sertoli cells and their nuclei, but not enough to normalize their function. Forming operation between veins microvascular anastomosis using the method gives better results Sertoli cell regeneration compared to traditional obstructive operations because it normalizes the nuclear-cytoplasmic ratio and thereby creating more favorable conditions for the restoration of spermatogenic function.

Morpholology of immune system of offspring after stimulation of maternal immune system in early pregnancy

Abstract

Stimulation of maternal immune system in early pregnancy with Concanavalin A, a T-cell mitogen, prior to formation of fetal immune system impairs development of the offspring’s spleen and thymus. Our findings demonstrate that short-term exposure of pregnant murine dams to Concanavalin A, leads to retardation of postnatal development of offspring’s spleen and reduction of lymphocytes count in thymus medulla and accelerated formation of thymic corpuscles.

Topography of thymus humans in early fetal period of its development

Abstract

Сongenital malformations of the thymus, the interpretation of which is difficult when ultrasound study of the chest cavity in the early stages of prenatal ontogenesis often put the question of choosing one of the planes 3 standard directions. Compliance plane images structures, ultrasound and sectional slices is key for conducting work in this direction. The study was 60 human fetuses obtained at artificial abortion for social reasons in age from 16 to 18 weeks ’ gestation. New data have been obtained outside of organ topography of the thymus man in the early fetal period of ontogenesis, depending on the level and the slice of the torso of the fetus. Research data complement the information on the morphology of the thymus fetus and are basic in conducting ultrasound examination.

Nicotinic acetylcholine receptors as modulators off sympathetic neurons and sattelit glial cells protein-synthesizing systems in cranial cervical ganglion

Abstract

In the experimentally established pharmacological blockade of nicotinic cholinergic receptor type (nCR) was studied the dynamics of the content of RNA in the cytoplasm of neurons and in the sattelite glial cells cranial cervical sympathetic ganglion of rabbits. It was determined the neurotrophic nCR role in the cellular mechanisms of the ganglion, which lies in the fact that the synaptic signal through nHR has modulating effect on the activity of the protein-synthesizing system in neurons and is coordinating this activity with the metabolic activity of neighboring satellite glial cells.

Autonomic "portrait" of different signs emotions subjective experience

Abstract

Purpose - to identify the specificity in objective autonomic manifestations of different signs emotions of healthy persons in relation to subjective emotional phenomenology. When benchmarking subjective self-reports of experienced emotions and values autonomic in the process of laboratory simulation in 30 subjects negative and positive emotions found that the degree and sign of subjectively evaluated emotional experiences did not always correspond to characteristics of emotion-generating stimulus, and "autonomic portrait" did not associated with the severity and the "sign"of emotional subjective experiences. Students, subjectively experienced vividly expressed strong negative emotions, did not display adequate autonomic activation, but in modeling of positive emotions they retain the negative emotional background and prolonged sympathetic overactivation in cardiovascular functions. In subjects with dominance of positive subjective assessments of their emotional status in modeling of psychological stress and in relaxation minimum shifts to parasympathetic autonomic regulation were observed.

The state of the autonomous (vegetative) nervous system and heart rhythm disorders under exercise conditions

Abstract

Ingenious methods of exercise cardiac rhythmgram math simulation are used to study the autonomic regulation of the heart rate. Changes in a number of autonomic nervous system (ANS) - an increase in activity in general, and the manifestation of parasympathetic dominance reflects improved exercise tolerance. Supraventricular extrasystole, a typical heart beat disorder which is not observed at rest and manifesting under exercise conditions, is a consequence of its excess (overload) independently of the endurance development level. Improvement of adaptive mechanisms in the formation of endurance reduces the possibility of extrasystole due to the increase of a potentially dangerous load threshold, manifestation time and decrease in the number of extrasystole complexes. In turn, heart beat disorders have fundamental differences in the vegetative base depending on the endurance development level.

Prognostic significance of degree histologically malignant ductal pancreatic adenocarcinoma

Abstract

The article presents the results of a study of 47 patients (22 males and 25 females) PAK prostate treated at Institute of Surgery. A.V. Vishnevsky from 2005 to 2012. The age of patients ranged from 47 to 76 years, mean age was 60 years. In 24 patients at the time of surgery was diagnosed IIb (pT2- 3, N1) tumor stage, 19 - IIa (pT2-3, N0), have 3 -III (pT4), from 1 - Ib (pT2, N0). In 27 observations revealed metastases to regional lymph nodes (N1). Staging was performed according to the revision of the International Classification of 7 TNM (UICC, 2010). The results also show that such clinical and morphological characteristics as gender, patient age, stage and tumor size did not affect the postoperative survival. No significant correlation between patient survival and tumor grade (grade), determined by the degree of differentiation, as recommended by WHO. In contrast, when using the Gleason system, which takes into account not only the most abundant component in the tumor, but also the second most common, obtained a significant correlation with postoperative survival rates, making this a promising grading system for use in the diagnosis of ductal adenocarcinoma of the pancreas.

Research flow cytometric of the DNA content in tumor cells of lung cancer patients with paraneoplastic rheumatic syndrome

Abstract

The study of the DNA content and cell cycle indicators of tumor cells of 70 lung cancer patients: 30 patients with paraneoplastic rheumatic syndrome (PNRS) and 40 - without manifestations of the syndrome. Found that in tumors of lung cancer patients with PNRS, unlike tumors of lung cancer patients without symptoms of this syndrome are observed higher proliferative activity of tumor cells (S-phase), increased indicators of DNA aneuploidy (DNA index, cell index, aneuploidy index) and also have lower levels of apoptosis. All these changes are indicative of more highly aggressiveness and malignancy of tumor process in lung cancer patients with PNRS.

Principles of modern treatment of multiple sclerosis (at the example of Ryazan region)

Abstract

Treatment of multiple sclerosis (MS) is one of the most challenging problems of the modern practice of neurology. Due to the fact that the etiology of the disease is still un-clear,and it is impossible for prevention and etiological therapy. At the same time, the active introduction of drugs in the clinical practice of disease-modifying therapy for multiple sclerosis (DMT), earlier was kind of impossible but at present days it is one the of the difficult disease to treat. Now a days, immunomodulatory drugs are the drug of choice for thepathogenetic treatment of MS. The paper presents the main factors determining the current approaches to the treatment of MS. Based on the literature data and the results of our observations are given basic regimen in different stages of the disease depending on the type of disease in MS patients at Ryazan region.
