 Suprunov showed the problem of children's treatment who have the posttraumatic deformations of knee-joint in combination with shortening of limbs.With the help of experiemental machine ''Zwick-1464'' and the use of anatomic preparations of children's bones:thigh-bone and shin-bone we studied a distribution of contact pressure on articular surface depending on type,degree of deformations and age's index.We took the sizes of contact's places of articulate surfaces.We calculated the indexes of specific pressure in the area of condules of the thigh-bones and shin-bones by the axle load from 330 to 500 H.We noted the zones of elastic and plastic deformations.For elastic deformations we used the term ''safe'', for plastic deformations – ''injuring''.Under observations there were 13 patients,who had 16 operations.Operative treatment on the basis of biomechanical aspects can exclude or decrease the risk of deforming arthrosis' development and can improve cosmetic and functional result of treatment.

We have established the qualitative composition and the quantitative content of biologically active substances of the herb of Urtica dioica. Aminoacid composition, monosaccharide set of PSK and PV, the presence of 4 macro- and 18 microelements and their quantitative content have been studied for the first time. Investigating the phenol composition of the herb of Urtica dioica by HPLC has revealed in the raw material alongside with the previously described gallic, coffeic acids, rutine and quercetine the presence of hyperoside, luteolin-7-glycoside, 3,4-isoramnetin diglycoside, chlorogenic acid, aesculetin. We were the first to determine the total content of water-soluble polysaccharides, pectin substances, astringent substances, pigments (carotenoids and chlorophylls),vitamin K1, triterpene compounds and saponins of the triterpene type.

Polysaccharide of melilotus officinalis Pectin contributes to the restoration of the processes of hematosis in animals irradiated partly and fully by the average doses of Y-rays. Mainly polysaccharide contributes to the normalization of the process of erythropoiesis and lymphopoiesis in animals with the preserved hematosis territory.

Epidemiological peculiarities of proximal hip fractures among the population aged of 50 years old and over in Ryazan were studied retrospectivly in the period of 1994-2003. The rise of this disease has been revealed for the last years. The received data are of great important for the osteoporosis problem and they are necessary for the development of regional osteoporosis programme of prevention.

Based on the analisis of history of two patiens’ diseases, operated on in the Ryazan municipal training hospital №11 in different time, an importance of rational choice of an operational access for the reducing the number of forced simultaneous operations is demonstrated.

In the article organization characteristics of educational process at specialized humanitarian schools with different types of the educational process are described. There is hygienic assessment of the educational load, investigations of subjective evaluation of the subject complexity by schoolchildren and research of connection between the complexity of the subjects and children’s educational activity.
