The "Pediatric Orthopaedics,Traumatology and Reconstructive Surgery" journal has been evaluated for inclusion in Scopus by the Content Selection & Advisory Board (CSAB). The review of this title is now complete and the CSAB has advised that the title will be accepted for inclusion in Scopus.

The reviewer comments are copied below:

"This is a relatively new journal of paediatric orthopaedic surgery from the Turner Institute in St Petersburg. Its Editorial Board is largely regional and there is yet minimal international citation activity.

Nevertheless, the editors have taken the brave step to co-publish in Engligh and Russian, and English language versions of all of the articles are freely available in PDF format.

I am intrigued to know more about the history of the Institute, and about Dr Turner, the founder, as there is clearly a significant historical international perspective which would be of considerable interest to many readers. An article on the history on the website would be very informative. "

In SCOPUS database includes all articles published in the journal starting in 2013.
