We have constructed the Hubble diagram between the distances of galaxy groups/clusters and their radial velocities in the CMB reference frame in the flat ΛCDM model ( <math xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML"><msub><mi>Ω</mi><mi>m</mi></msub><mo>=</mo><mn>0</mn><mo>.</mo><mn>3</mn></math> , <math xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML"><msub><mi>H</mi><mn>0</mn></msub><mo>=</mo><mn>70</mn></math> km · s <sup>–1 </sup>Mpc <sup>–1 </sup>).</p> <p>We found that the standard logarithmic scatter of groups and clusters of galaxies on the Hubble diagram (minus peculiar velocities) is ± 0.0173 ( <italic>N </italic>= 140), which corresponds to the deviation of the Hubble constant 70 ± 2.8 km · s <sup>–1 </sup>Mpc <sup>–1 </sup>. The standard deviations of peculiar velocities with quadratic allowance for errors are equal to null 714 ± 7 km/s and 600 ± 7 km/s, respectively.</p> <p>Five large superclusters of galaxies from the SDSS region show an average peculiar velocity relative to the CMB reference frame +240 ± 250 km/s. Построена диаграмма Хаббла между относительными расстояниями систем галактик и лучевыми скоростями в системе трехградусного реликтового фона (CMB) в стандартной Λ CDM модели ( Ω <italic><sub>m </sub></italic>= 0.3, <italic>H </italic><sub>0 </sub>= 70 км · с <sup>–</sup><sup>1 </sup>Мпк <sup>–</sup><sup>1 </sup>). Найдено, что логарифмическое стандартное отклонение групп и скоплений галактик ( <italic>N </italic>= 140) на диаграмме Хаббла (с вычетом пекулярных скоростей) равно ± 0.0173, что соответствует разбросу постоянной Хаббла 70 ± 2.8 км · с <sup>–</sup><sup>1 </sup>Мпк <sup>–</sup><sup>1 </sup>. Для выборки систем галактик ( <italic>N </italic>= 63) c рентгеновской светимостью в интервале (0.151 ÷ 4) × 10 <sup>44 </sup>эрг/с мы получили 70 ± 2.1 км · с <sup>–</sup><sup>1 </sup>Мпк <sup>–</sup><sup>1 </sup>. Среднеквадратичные отклонения пекулярных скоростей с квадратичным учетом ошибок равны null 714 ± 7 км/c и 600 ± 7 км/c соответственно. Пять больших сверхскоплений галактик из области SDSS показывают среднюю пекулярную скорость +240 ± 250 км/c относительно CMB. Мы не нашли оттока систем галактик из воида (Giant Void, <italic>α </italic>≈ 13 <sup>h </sup>, δ ≈ 40 ° , z ≈ 0.107), образованной группами и скоплениями галактик.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>galaxies</kwd><kwd>groups and clusters</kwd><kwd>early-type galaxies</kwd><kwd>fundamental parameters</kwd><kwd>distances and redshifts</kwd><kwd>cosmology</kwd><kwd>large-scale structure of Universe</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>галактики</kwd><kwd>группы и скопления</kwd><kwd>галактики ранних типов</kwd><kwd>фундаментальные параметры</kwd><kwd>расстояния и красные смещения</kwd><kwd>космология</kwd><kwd>крупномасштабная структура Вселенной</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group><funding-statement xml:lang="en">В работе были использованы данные NASA/IPAC Extragalactic Database (NED) , Sloan Digital Sky Survey (SDSS) и Two Micron AllSky Survey (2MASS).</funding-statement><funding-statement xml:lang="ru">В работе были использованы базы данных NASA/IPAC Extragalactic Database (NED), Sloan Digital Sky Survey (SDSS) и Two Micron AllSky Survey (2MASS).</funding-statement></funding-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>S.
