MSTU MSTU WE »Bauman 170 years old

Abstract

It turned 170 years of one of the oldest technical higher educational institutions in Russia, which has brought up a huge number of highly qualified specialists for various industries. Graduates of MSTU named after N.E. Bauman can be found throughout Russia, and the title of Bauman is a guarantee of the engineer’s ability to optimally solve complex tasks, skillfully use new knowledge and technologies and successfully work even in the fields of activity far from the specialty received, thanks to the ability to learn how to quickly learn and creatively approach the university in the walls of the university To any new business.

80 years to the department "Refrigerated and cryogenic technology, air conditioning and life support" MSTU Il N. E. Bauman

Abstract

In 1920, the department of refrigeration machines was founded in M. Tu, which began to prepare diplomated cold-bearing engineers. However, 10 years before, at the initiative of Professor I. and. Kon Kolkhny for students of the mechanical department of the school (then the Imperial Moscow* Technical School - TU TU) introduced lectures on compressors, blizzards and refrigerators and us. Then in Russia there were only 38 refrigerated units, but the future need for specialist Kholodilchiki was predicted correctly, and even in 1914, the first cold laboratory in Russia was organized in Russia. Practical classes in it are conducted by its organizer, Vladimir Evgenievich Ji Ki K, a graduate and m of TU 1911, sent in 1912 by a scholarship holder to Germany to prepare for teaching activities in refrigeration equipment.

TECHNOBLOCK at meat processing plants

Abstract

Currently, all refrigeration equipment sold on the Russian market can be conditionally divided into equipment for centralized and decentralized refrigeration systems. The advantages and disadvantages of these systems mainly determine the scope of the corresponding equipment. TECHNOBLOCK (Italy) is one of the leaders in the production of refrigeration equipment in monoblock and biblock versions, which is the basis of a decentralized refrigeration supply system. An analysis of the sales structure for 7 years of TECHNOBLOCK's presence on the Russian market revealed, on the one hand, a wide range of applications for its units, and on the other hand, it made it possible to determine the main "niches" where their use is most effective. One of these areas is meat processing enterprises.

Dunham-Bush International Absorption Chillers

Abstract

Some by-products of chemical, petrochemical, oil refining and other industries are secondary energy resources in the form of exhaust steam, hot water, etc. The problem of rational use of these resources has not been solved everywhere. In such conditions, it is advisable to use absorption chillers to obtain artificial cold.

Use of CO2 as a refrigerant

Abstract

The Montreal Protocol on the Use of Ozone Depleting Refrigerants banned the use of chlorofluorocarbons (CFCs) in industrialized countries. Hydrofluorocarbons (HCFCs) are temporarily allowed. In industrialized countries, it is limited until 2020, and in some countries, domestic regulations prescribe an earlier cessation of the use of HCFC (for example, in Germany for R22 - the end of 1999).
