Medical rehabilitation includes the work of a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team, a physical rehabilitation medicine doctor, a therapist, a neurologist, a cardiologist, a gastroenterologist, a pulmonologist, a physiotherapy doctor, a physiotherapist, a psychologist, etc. Drawing up an individual plan for medical rehabilitation should be personalized and take into account age, gender, the presence of concomitant diseases and complications, and in case of cognitive impairment, conduct cognitive-behavioral therapy. An early start of individual rehabilitation measures after the disease is proposed. Respiratory gymnastics is an important part of the respiratory rehabilitation of a patient with post-COVID syndrome, it allows you to include additional respiratory muscles, and is aimed at reducing the risk of fibro-scle-rosing processes in the lungs. An integrated approach to patient recovery improves the quality of life after SARS-CoV-2 infection.COVID-19SARS-CoV-2COVID-19SARS-CoV-2rehabilitationpost-covid syndromebreathing exercisesреабилитацияпостковидный синдромдыхательная гимнастика[Бородулина Е.А., Васнева Ж.П., Вдоушкина Е.С., и др.
