Issues of microclimate as the basis of therapy, current epidemiological situation with the dominance of rhinovirus infection, mechanisms of bronchial hyperreactivity formation and cough chronicity are discussed. Special attention is paid to the physiology of the respiratory center and principles of rational pharmacotherapy. Aspects of nebulizer therapy are analyzed in detail, including the problem of equipment contamination and drug bioavailability. Recommendations on nutrition, physical activity, and thermal procedures are presented. The pharmacology of herbal preparations using the example of Thermopsis lanceolata is described. The material is intended for nurses of pediatric and neonatology departments and aims to improve the quality of educational work with parents.</p>
Материал предназначен для медицинских сестёр педиатрических и неонатологических отделений и направлен на повышение качества образовательной работы с родителями.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>cough in children</kwd><kwd>cough pathophysiology</kwd><kwd>microclimate</kwd><kwd>bronchial hyperreactivity</kwd><kwd>respiratory center</kwd><kwd>nebulizer therapy</kwd><kwd>herbal preparations</kwd><kwd>parental counseling</kwd><kwd>nursing staff</kwd><kwd>rational pharmacotherapy</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>кашель у детей</kwd><kwd>патофизиология кашля</kwd><kwd>микроклимат</kwd><kwd>гиперреактивность бронхов</kwd><kwd>дыхательный центр</kwd><kwd>небулайзерная терапия</kwd><kwd>растительные препараты</kwd><kwd>консультирование родителей</kwd><kwd>средний медицинский персонал</kwd><kwd>рациональная фармакотерапия</kwd><kwd>медицинская сестра</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Геппе Н.А., Малахов А.Б., Колосова Н.Г., и др.
