Analyzed 71 case histories. The assessment was carried out on the basis of a comprehensive analysis of clinical, laboratory and radiological data. A comparative analysis of the clinical efficacy and safety of the antibiotic regimens under study demonstrated the obvious advantage of using «protected» aminopenicillins over the existing practice of treating non-severe community-acquired pneumonia in patients of older age groups.elderly patientscommunity-acquired pneumonia«protected» aminopenicillins3rd generation cephalosporinsclinical efficacyпациенты пожилого возраставнебольничная пневмония«защищенные» аминопенициллиныцефалоспорины 3-го поколенияклиническая эффективность
