A total of 103 patients aged 19 to 72 years with tunnel syndromes (carpal canal, cubital canal, Guyon canal) of the upper limb were examined. A clinical and neurological examination, X-ray, electroneuromyography, and ultrasonography were performed for all patients. Early diagnosis and adequate treatment of tunnel syndromes, depending on the stage of nerve compression, are two fundamental factors that play an important role in preventing the development of gross, sometimes irreversible, motor, sensory and autonomic disorders of the hand.tunnel syndromeselectroneuromyographyDoppler flowmetryultrasonographynerve decompressionneurolysisendoneurolysisтуннельные синдромыэлектронейромиографиядопплеровская флоуметрияультрасонографиядекомпрессия нерваневролизэндоневролиз
