The burden of viral hepatitides in the Russian Federation and ways of its reduction for the long term (in case of hepatitis C)

Бремя вирусных гепатитов в Российской Федерации и пути его снижения в долгосрочной перспективе (на примере гепатита С). - Резюме. Цель исследования. Оценка влияния применения современных противовирусных препаратов у больных хроническим гепатитом С (ХГС) на бремя заболевания в долгосрочной перспективе. Материалы и методы. Разработана программа по повышению доступности современной противовирусной терапии (ПВТ) больным ХГС на период с 2013 по 2020 г. Для оценки влияния программы на бремя гепатита С (ГС) в Российской Федерации в долгосрочной перспективе построена Марковская модель течения заболевания до 2030 г. Расчеты выполнены в медицинской и социальной перспективах. Результаты. Внедрение программы позволит к 2030 г. снизить на 2 млрд руб. затраты на медицинские услуги у больных ГС и на 3,8 млрд руб. - общие бюджетные потери, включая выплаты по инвалидности. За указанный период потери ВВП снизятся на 1,1 трлн руб., общее бремя ГС с учетом затрат программы - на 1 трлн руб. Заключение. Впервые показано, что расширение охвата современной ПВТ больных ХГС позволит снизить затраты системы здравоохранения и социальной сферы.About the authors
