Statistically significant correlations were found between hair cortisol concentration and coat color parameters, including pigmentation. A link between hair cortisol levels and stress resilience was confirmed using Quantitative Behavior Assessment (QBA). The results of this study may be applied in the development of non-invasive methods for assessing stress resilience in goats for livestock management purposes.</p>
Результаты исследования могут быть использованы для разработки неинвазивных методов оценки стрессоустойчивости коз в животноводческой практике.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>domestic goats</kwd><kwd>hair cortisol</kwd><kwd>stress resilience</kwd><kwd>Quantitative behavior assessment (QBA)</kwd><kwd>regression analysis</kwd><kwd>principal component analysis (PCA)</kwd><kwd>coat color</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>домашние козы</kwd><kwd>кортизол в шерсти</kwd><kwd>стрессоустойчивость</kwd><kwd>количественный анализ поведения (QBA)</kwd><kwd>регрессионный анализ</kwd><kwd>анализ главных компонент (PCA)</kwd><kwd>окрас шерсти</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group><funding-statement xml:lang="ru">Работа выполнена при финансовой поддержке гранта Российского научного фонда № 22-76-10053.</funding-statement></funding-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Ataallahi M., Nejad J.G., Park K.H.
