Stellar Clusters: to the Future with GAIA
Abstract
The title of the paper has been inspired by the latest technical advances in the studies of stellar clusters. The results obtained within the last years drastically improved our understanding of clusters’ evolution. A number of scientists, more than ever before, started studying the clusters and their possible evolutionary descendants, stellar streams. This interest has been stimulated by the results of the GAIA project that measured stellar parameters with the unprecedented precision.

Advances and Perspectives of Astrochemistry in Laboratory
Abstract
In recent decades, observations of molecular emission and absorption lines have become a powerful tool to investigate various processes in interstellar and circumstellar medium. However, interpretation of these observations is often hampered by the lack of necessary atomic and molecular data. The need in experimental measurements of various parameters for radiative and chemical processes has triggered the appearance of a new field of astronomy — laboratory astrochemistry. This article describes specific problems of laboratory astrochemistry and basic methods of their solution.

Phenomena of Atmospheric Electricity. Final part and Glossary
Abstract
The final part of the paper presents the diversity of the forms, which lightnings can take, and briefly discusses possible reasons underlying the existence of many types of atmospheric discharges. The paper is accompanied by a short glossary containing the main terms common for this field of study.

Crimean Astrophysical Observatory: Crossroads of Time
Abstract

Three Stars of a Hero: Knowledge and Passions. Final part
