To clarify the information content and the degree of consistency of changes in hemodynamic and bioelectrical parameters, in this work we carried out comparative studies of fMRI networks and EEG connectivity at rest in healthy subjects, as well as in patients with post-traumatic disorders of consciousness before and after therapeutic rhythmic transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS). It was shown that the characteristics of the functional connectivity of fMRI and EEG at rest are among the informative markers of neuroplasticity during depression of consciousness. A certain topographic correspondence between the fMRI networks and the EEG integral connectivity pattern at rest was established, regardless of the modification of the latter assessment: in the continuous recording mode or pseudo-EP. At the same time, the method of independent fMRI components more clearly reveals the features of the state of individual neural networks, and the indicators of EEG functional connectivity (range 1–15 Hz) are more informative in assessing the integral neural network characteristics and their changes during treatment.</p>
При этом метод независимых компонент фМРТ более отчетливо выявляет особенности состояния отдельных нейронных сетей, а показатели функциональной коннективности ЭЭГ (диапазона 1-15 Гц) информативнее в оценке интегральных нейросетевых характеристик и их изменений при лечении.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>functional connectivity</kwd><kwd>EEG</kwd><kwd>fMRI resting networks</kwd><kwd>disorders of consciousness</kwd><kwd>traumatic brain injury</kwd><kwd>rhythmic transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS)</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>функциональная коннективность</kwd><kwd>ЭЭГ</kwd><kwd>сети покоя фМРТ</kwd><kwd>угнетение сознания</kwd><kwd>черепно-мозговая травма</kwd><kwd>ритмическая транскраниальная магнитная стимуляция (рТМС)</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group><award-group><funding-source><institution-wrap><institution xml:lang="ru">Министерство образования и науки Российской Федерации</institution></institution-wrap><institution-wrap><institution xml:lang="en">Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation</institution></institution-wrap></funding-source></award-group><funding-statement xml:lang="en">The work was carried out within the framework of the state assignment of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation for 2021–2023.</funding-statement><funding-statement xml:lang="ru">Работа выполнена в рамках государственного задания Министерства образования и науки Российской Федерации на 2021–2023 гг.</funding-statement></funding-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Laureys S., Tononi G.
