The study was focused on elucidation of possible connection of proteome changes under the influence of space flight (SF) factors with the processes of angiogenesis. The analysis was performed with a targeted panel of 125 labeled 13C/15N peptides using chromatography-mass spectrometry with multiple reaction monitoring (LC/MRM-MS). A total of 125 different proteins were quantitatively characterized. Among them, a group of 61 proteins involved in the processes of angiogenesis and its regulation was found. Bioinformatic methods showed that the isolated angiogenesis proteins were participants of 13 biological processes, including lymphangiogenesis. Significant changes of protein level in blood after landing, in relation to preflight samples, were observed in 7 cases. The results have shown that the elimination of gravity (microgravity), space radiation and overloads of the final stage of flight have a combined effect on the processes of angiogenesis, which is manifested by changes in proteomic composition on 1 day after the completion of long-term CP.</p>
Результаты показали, что устранение гравитации (микрогравитация), космическая радиация и перегрузки завершающего этапа полета сочетанно воздействуют на процессы ангиогенеза, что проявляется изменениями протеомной композиции на 1-е сут после завершения длительных КП.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>angiogenesis</kwd><kwd>biological processes</kwd><kwd>proteins</kwd><kwd>space flight</kwd><kwd>landing</kwd><kwd>peculiarities of blood plasma proteome</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>ангиогенез</kwd><kwd>биологические процессы</kwd><kwd>белки</kwd><kwd>космический полет</kwd><kwd>приземление</kwd><kwd>особенности протеома плазмы крови</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group><award-group><funding-source><institution-wrap><institution xml:lang="ru">Правительство Российской Федерации</institution></institution-wrap><institution-wrap><institution xml:lang="en">Government of the Russian Federation</institution></institution-wrap></funding-source><award-id>FMFR-2024-0032</award-id></award-group></funding-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="en">Larina I.M., Buravkova L.B., Grigoriev A.I.
