The implementation of support stimulation is possible in various ways, but according to the results of modern research, mechanical stimulation of the feet demonstrates the greatest effectiveness. At the same time, the area, localization and intensity of mechanical support stimulation determine the activation features of the cutaneous mechanoreceptors of the soles, affecting evoked motor responses. From this perspective, the question of which type of mechanical support stimulation is the most practical and prospective remains relevant. In this review, we consider the currently existing approaches to mechanical support stimulation, as well as the results of their application in medical practice in order to improve motor abilities in patients.</p>
В данном обзоре рассматриваются существующие в настоящее время подходы к механической опорной стимуляции, а также результаты их применения в медицинской практике с целью улучшения двигательных способностей у пациентов.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>support stimulation</kwd><kwd>rehabilitation</kwd><kwd>medical devices</kwd><kwd>support afferentation</kwd><kwd>mechanoreceptors</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>опорная стимуляция</kwd><kwd>реабилитация</kwd><kwd>медицинские устройства</kwd><kwd>опорная афферентация</kwd><kwd>механорецепторы</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group><award-group><funding-source><institution-wrap><institution xml:lang="ru">РНФ</institution></institution-wrap><institution-wrap><institution xml:lang="en">RSF</institution></institution-wrap></funding-source><award-id>24-25-00354</award-id></award-group></funding-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="en">Kozlovskaya I.B.
