Тихомирова</copyright-holder></permissions><self-uri xlink:href="https://journals.eco-vector.com/0131-1646/article/view/664115">https://journals.eco-vector.com/0131-1646/article/view/664115</self-uri><abstract xml:lang="en"><p id="idm45257551915504">Synchronous recording of somnological activity in healthy female subjects was performed using the polysomnography method and by recording the acoustic activity of a sleeping organism using the Sleep Cycle smartphone application. A comparison was made of 16 basic temporal and structural characteristics of sleep, obtained by the two above methods. A high degree of coincidence of the sleep total duration, the time spent in bed, the sleep efficiency, obtained by polysomnographic and acousticsomnographic methods, was established. It was found that the quality of sleep in percent, calculated according to the Sleep Cycle version, coincides with the values of sleep efficiency, determined according to polysomnography data, with a high degree.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p id="idm45257551912400">Выполнена синхронная регистрация сомнологической активности у здоровых испытуемых женского пола методом полисомнографии и путем регистрации акустической активности спящего организма с помощью приложения к смартфону <italic>Sleep Cycle</italic>. Произведено сравнение 16 основных временны́х и структурных характеристик сна, полученных двумя вышеназванными способами. Установлена высокая степень совпадения общей длительности сна, времени пребывания в постели, значений эффективности сна, полученных полисомнографическим и акустикосомнографическим методами.
