Аннотация
Анализ данных, полученных в обширной группе больных, позволил представить современную структуру причин и клинических проявлений АА-амилоидоза. По результатам оценки уровней SAA и S100A12 рассматриваются принципиальные особенности амилоидогенеза в условиях хронического воспаления, обсуждаются основные особенности этиологии и течения амилоидоза, предложены подходы к оптимизации стратегии ведения больных.
