Злоупотребление алкоголем: эпидемиологические, патофизиологические, терапевтические аспекты и стратегии профилактики

Аннотация

В статье рассматривается проблема злоупотребления алкоголем с позиций медицинской профилактики. Актуальность данной проблемы обусловлена широкой распространенностью (283 млн человек в мире), высокой смертностью и негативными социальными последствиями. Приведена современная классификация расстройств в соответствии с Международной классификацией болезней 11-го пересмотра, рассмотрены патофизиологические механизмы формирования алкоголизма, описаны группы риска и последствия хронического употребления алкоголя. Представлены меры профилактики алкоголизма, реализуемые в том числе на государственном уровне.
