Аннотация
В лечении ишемической болезни сердца лидирующее положение занимает коронарная ангиопластика, проведение которой предполагает назначение двойной антиагрегантной терапии (аспирин и клопидогрел). Главная причина тромбоза стента - резистентность к этим препаратам. Изучена распространенность резистентности к аспирину и клопидогрелу, выявлены клинические факторы риска ее развития.
