Аннотация
Диабетический гастропарез и аутоиммунный гастрит встречаются у 10-50% пациентов с сахарным диабетом. Их клинические проявления часто неспецифичны или вовсе отсутствуют и могут проявляться лишь на поздних стадиях заболевания в виде гематологических и онкологических осложнений. Скрининг, периодическое проведение гастроскопии и биопсии, ранняя диагностика, профилактика и лечение этих заболеваний способны улучшить прогноз.
