Аннотация
Лефлуномид (ЛЕФ; Арава ®), оказывающий антипролиферативное и противовоспалительное действие, является базисным противовоспалительным препаратом для лечения ревматоидного артрита (РА). Благодаря эффективности и безопасности ЛЕФ может применяться в качестве препарата 1-й линии в терапии РА, в том числе при раннем РА.
