Аннотация
Представлены клинические проявления и патогенез гастроэзофагеальной рефлюксной болезни, предложен алгоритм ее диагностики, основанный на оценке симптомов заболевания, данных эндоскопии и результатах альгинатного теста. Определено место альгинатов в лечении заболевания с учетом клинической эффективности.
