Аннотация
Постинсультный спастический парез - одна из ведущих причин инвалидизации взрослых пациентов. Приведены данные о патогенезе постинсультной спастичности, основных подходах к клинической оценке и коррекции данного феномена; рассмотрены возможности применения современных лекарственных средств.
