Аннотация
Диагноз «острый аппендицит» (ОА) - показание к экстренной операции. Однако практика выявляет дополнительные возможности лечения ОА при отказе больного от операции, а также - при тяжелых сопутствующих заболеваниях, поскольку неперфоративные формы ОА хорошо поддаются антибиотикотерапии.
