Placental mesenchymal dysplasia is concurrent with the Beckwith-Wiedemann syndrome in many cases. It is frequently misdiagnosed as hydatidiform mole because they have similar clinical and ultrasound signs and macroscopic pattern.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>В обзоре представлены сведения об относительно редкой патологии плаценты - ее мезенхимальной дисплазии. Во многих случаях мезенхимальная дисплазия плаценты сочетается с синдромом Беквита- Видемана.
