The study included 95 patients aged 18 to 37 years with uterine scar after cesarean section. Inadequate scars in uCD were found to be characterized by the relatively decreased level of angiogenesis, which may lead to connective tissue disorganization caused by local ischemia. The carriage of the 936C allele and the -634C/C genotype of the VEGF-A gene is likely to be one of the genetic risk factors for the development of intramural hematomas.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Цель исследования состояла в изучении морфологических и молекулярно-генетических особенностей неоангиогенеза в рубце матки у пациенток с недифференцированной дисплазией шейки матки (нДСТ). В исследование было включено 95 пациенток в возрасте от 18 до 37лет с рубцом матки после кесарева сечения. Установлено, что неполноценные рубцы при нДСТ характеризуются относительно сниженным уровнем ангиогенеза, что может приводить к дезорганизации соединительной ткани, обусловленной локальной ишемией.
