It describes the role of angiogenesis in the development of endometriosis, the basic mechanisms of the formation of the vascular bed, and the factors influencing the angiogenic process in endometriosis (vascular endothelial growth factors, cytokines, transforming growth factor-ß, Smads). Data are given on the effect of gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) agonists on tissue growth processes via a few mechanisms, among which there is angiogenesis regulation. The pooled findings serve as evidence that GnRH agonists have a direct effect on endometrioid tissue, by simulating the expression of various growth factors involved in the angiogenic process.</p>
Совокупность полученных данных служит доказательством того, что агонисты ГнРГ оказывают прямое воздействие на эндометриоидную ткань, моделируя экспрессию различных ростовых факторов, вовлеченных в процесс ангиогенеза.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>Smads</kwd><kwd>angiogenesis</kwd><kwd>vascular endothelial growth factors</kwd><kwd>interleukins</kwd><kwd>tumor necrosis factor-a</kwd><kwd>transforming growth factor-ß</kwd><kwd>Smads</kwd><kwd>endometriosis</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>ангиогенез</kwd><kwd>сосудистые эндотелиальные факторы роста</kwd><kwd>интерлейкины</kwd><kwd>фактор некроза опухоли а</kwd><kwd>трансформирующий фактор роста ß</kwd><kwd>аналоги гонадотропин-рилизинг-гормона</kwd><kwd>эндометриоз</kwd><kwd>gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) (удалить) agonists</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Брусницина В.Ю., Чистякова Г.Н., Газиева И.А. и др.
