Although the efficiency of surgical treatment is statistically significantly higher, the use of volume-forming agents is associated with the lower frequency of complications. The efficacy of peri- and transurethral injections remains about a year. Reinjections are necessary to maintain the effect of urinary continence.</p>
<trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>В обзоре приведены данные литературы об опыте применения пери- и трансуретральных инъекций различных современных объемообразующих средств при стрессовом недержании мочи как определенной альтернативы при невозможности проведения хирургического лечения. Хотя эффективность хирургического лечения является статистически значимо более высокой, применение объемообразующих средств связано с более низкой частотой осложнений. Эффективность пери-и трансуретральных инъекций сохраняется около года. Для поддержания эффекта удержания мочи требуются повторные инъекции.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>Contigen</kwd><kwd>Coaptite</kwd><kwd>Uryx</kwd><kwd>stress urinary incontinence</kwd><kwd>volume-forming agents</kwd><kwd>urodex</kwd><kwd>bulkamid</kwd><kwd>Contigen</kwd><kwd>Coaptite</kwd><kwd>Uryx</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>стрессовое недержание мочи</kwd><kwd>объемообразующие средства</kwd><kwd>уродекс</kwd><kwd>булкамид</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Аполихина И.А.
