The results of investigations into the prevalence, risk factors, and diagnosis of endometrial hyperplasia, including the possibilities of using immunohistochemical and molecular genetic studies, are presented. The efficiency of different hormone therapy options is shown.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>В обзоре представлены современные данные литературы, касающиеся различных аспектов проблемы гипер- и неопластических процессов эндометрия. Приведены результаты исследований по распространенности, факторам риска, диагностике гиперплазии эндометрия, включая возможности применения иммуногистохимических и молекулярно-генетических методов.
