Severe comorbidity is shown to give rise to malignant morphological changes in the foci, which are associated with papillomavirus infection. There is evidence for the timely diagnosis involving a postmortem examination of lesion foci for early tumor detection and adequate therapy.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Описано клиническое наблюдение развития плоскоклеточной карциномы из остроконечной кондиломы у пациентки с анемией Фанкони. Показано, что наличие тяжелой сопутствующей патологии способствует формированию злокачественных морфологических изменений очагов, ассоциированных с папилломавирусной инфекцией.
