PCOS is a chronic disease that is the most common cause of anovulatory infertility in young women. The etiology and the pathogenesis of this heterogeneous disease remain fully uninvestigated. The existing treatment options have no long-term effect. This paper summarizes the currently known characteristic features of the clinical manifestations of adolescent PCOS and present-day approaches to its diagnosis and management.</p>
В данной статье суммированы известные на сегодняшний день характерные особенности клинических проявлений СПКЯ в подростковом возрасте и современные подходы к его диагностике и ведению.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>polycystic ovary syndrome</kwd><kwd>adolescence</kwd><kwd>anovulation</kwd><kwd>hirsutism</kwd><kwd>hyperandrogenism</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>синдром поликистозных яичников</kwd><kwd>подростковый период</kwd><kwd>ановуляция</kwd><kwd>гирсутизм</kwd><kwd>гиперандрогения</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Уварова Е.В.
