It shows the susceptibility of the lower urogenital tract to sex steroids, the implication of which in the genesis of vaginal and urinary symptoms is beyond question. The efficiency of systemic and local hormone replacement therapy and different treatment regimens is considered.</p>
<trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>В статье представлены данные литературы, отражающие современные аспекты терминологии, классификации, патогенеза и возможности терапии урогенитальных расстройств у женщин в климактерии. Показана чувствительность нижних отделов урогенитального тракта к половым стероидам, значимость которых в генезе вагинальных и мочевых симптомов не вызывает сомнений. Рассмотрены вопросы эффективности системной и локальной заместительной гормональной терапии, различных схем лечения.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>menopause</kwd><kwd>menopausal genitourinary syndrome</kwd><kwd>urogenital disorders</kwd><kwd>estrogens</kwd><kwd>hormone replacement therapy</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>менопауза</kwd><kwd>менопаузальный генитоуринарный синдром</kwd><kwd>урогенитальные расстройства</kwd><kwd>эстрогены</kwd><kwd>заместительная гормональная терапия</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Балан В.Е., Сметник В.П., Анкирская А.С. и др.
