To determine the spectrum of serum autoantibodies against endothelial cells and components of the glycocalyx in patients with preeclampsia and to investigate their relationship. Subjects and methods. A prospective case-control study was conducted. The activity of antibody binding to endothelial EA.hy926 cells and the level of peripheral blood anti-hyaluronic acid antibodies were determined in 28patients with preeclampsia and 30 apparently healthy pregnant women in the third trimester. Results. In preeclampsia, there was an enhanced binding of immunoglobulin G antibodies to endothelial cell antigens, as well as an increased level of immunoglobulin G antibodies against hyaluronic acid [-4GlcA[31- 3 GlcNA eft!- In and its repeating disaccharide unit GlcA/31-3GlcNA eft. A negative correlation was found between the binding of anti-endothelial cell antibodies and anti-hyaluronic antibodies. Conclusion. The findings may expand knowledge of the pathogenesis of preeclampsia and its practical realization into the diagnosis and prognosis of the disease.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Цель исследования. Определить спектр аутоантител к эндотелиальным клеткам и компонентам гликокаликса в сыворотке крови пациенток с преэклампсией и исследовать взаимосвязь между ними. Материал и методы. Проведено проспективное исследование случай-контроль. Активность связывания антител с эндотелиальными клетками линии EA.hy926 и содержание антител к гиалуроновой кислоте в периферической крови определяли у 28 пациенток с преэклампсией и 30условно здоровых беременных в III триместре беременности. Результаты исследования. При преэклампсии выявлена повышенная активность связывания антител G класса с антигенами эндотелиальных клеток, а также повышенный уровень антител G класса к гиалуроновой кислоте [-4GlcApi-3GlcNAcpi-]nu дисахридному повторяющемуся звену гиалуроновой кислоты GlcApi-3GlcNAcp. Выявлена отрицательная корреляционная связь между активностью связывания антител с клетками эндотелия и антигиалуроновыми антителами. Заключение.
