Objective. To analyze approaches to treating seasonal allergic rhinitis in pregnant women. Subjects and methods. An anonymous questionnaire survey of physicians (332 therapists and 734 obstetricians/ gynecologists) was conducted within the study “Epidemiology of Medication Use in Pregnant Women” (Stage 2); the clinical guidelines of foreign and Russian professional societies for this problem were analyzed. Results. The physicians rarely indicated topical steroids (8.4%); first-generation antihistamines were the leaders (29.7%); the physicians less often indicated second-generation drugs, such as loratadine (13.8%) and cetirizine (10.7%). Conclusion. In accordance with the guidelines, the approach to treating allergic rhinitis in pregnant women should be the same as applied to other patients; an important part is assigned to nondrug therapies. By taking into account the high prevalence of this disease, it is appropriate to do educational work on this problem among physicians.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Примерно 20-30% женщин репродуктивного возраста страдают сезонным аллергическим ринитом, неконтролируемое течение которого во время беременности может не только ухудшать качество жизни и усугублять течение сопутствующих заболеваний, но и приводить к гипоксии матери и плода. Цель исследования. Проанализировать подходы к лечению сезонного аллергического ринита у беременных. Материал и методы. Анонимное анкетирование врачей (332 терапевтов и 734 акушеров-гинекологов) в рамках исследования «Эпидемиология использования лекарственных средств у беременных» (2-й этап); анализ клинических рекомендаций зарубежных и отечественных профессиональных обществ, посвященные данной проблеме. Результаты исследования. Врачи редко указывали топические стероиды (8,4%), среди антигистаминных средств лидировали препараты 1-го поколения (29,7%), реже врачи указывали препараты 2-го поколения, такие каклоратадин (13,8%) и цетиризин (10,7%). Заключение. Согласно рекомендациям для лечения аллергического ринита у беременных применяется такой же подход, как и у остальных больных; важная роль отводится немедикаментозным мероприятиям.
