To comparatively analyze the level of the mitochondrial proteins TFAM, OPA1, and VDAC1 as possible damage-associated molecular patterns (DAMPs) in the microvesicular fraction from the plasma of pregnant women with preeclampsia (PE), chronic/gestational hypertension and that of healthy pregnant women. Material and methods. The microvesicular fraction was obtained from the plasma of patients by differential centrifugation. The levels of TFAM, OPA1, and VDAC1 were determined by chemiluminescent western blotting. Results. The severe PE group was found to have a significant increase in the expression level of ОРА1L and pre-TFAM proteins and a correlation with the level of proteinuria as an important diagnostic marker for PE. Conclusion. The ОРА1-L and pre-TFAM proteins can lay claim to being PE-associated DAMPs. It is necessary to perform further investigations of the association between certain DAMPs and the development of PE.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Цель исследования. Сравнительный анализ содержания митохондриальных белков TFAM, OPA1, VDAC1 как возможных молекул, ассоциированных с повреждением (МАСП) в микровезикулярной фракции плазмы беременных женщин с преэклампсией, с хронической/гестационной артериальной гипертензией и здоровых беременных женщин. Материал и методы. Микровезикулярная фракция плазмы паценток была получена методом дифференциального центрифугирования. Определение уровня TFAM, OPA1, VDAC1 проводилось методом вестерн-блот анализа с детекцией хемилюминисценции. Результаты. Было обнаружено достоверное увеличение уровня экспрессии белков ОРА1-L иpre-TFAM в группе пациенток с тяжелой преэклампсией, а также корреляция с уровнем протеинурии как важного диагностического маркера преэклампсии. Заключение. Белки ОРА1-L и pre-TFAM могут претендовать на звание МАСП, ассоциированных с преэклампсией.
