It is successfully used in traumatology and orthopedics for wound healing, in dentistry and cosmetology. Recently, this treatment has also begun to be introduced into gynecological practice. This literature review presents the experience in and efficiency of using platelet-rich plasma to treat different gynecological diseases.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Применение плазмы, обогащенной тромбоцитами, становится все более популярным методом лечения в различных отраслях медицины. Она с успехом применяется в травматологии и ортопедии для заживления ран, в стоматологии и косметологии. В последнее время этот метод лечения начал внедряться и в гинекологическую практику.
