The literature review presents data from randomized controlled studies analyzing the minimally effective and safe dose of menopausal hormone therapy and its impact on the endometrium. Literature was searched for in Russian (eLibrary, CyberLeninka.ru) and international (PubMed, Cochrane Library) databases in Russian and English. The priority was free access to the full-text articles published in 2014 to 2020.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Женщины в период постменопаузы относятся к группе риска по возникновению различных патологий эндометрия на фоне инволютивных изменений репродуктивной системы и особенностей соматического статуса. 40- 60% женщин, принимающих низко- и микродозированную менопаузальную гормональную терапию, могут отмечать кровянистые выделения из половых путей различной интенсивности, носящие не органический характер и приводящие, с одной стороны, - к отмене и снижению приверженности к терапии, с другой - к нарушению психологического статуса. В обзоре литературы представлены данные рандомизированных контролируемых исследований, в которых был проведен анализ минимально эффективной и безопасной дозы менопаузальной гормональной терапии и ее влияния на состояние эндометрия. Поиск литературы проводили в отечественных (eLibrary, CyberLeninka.ru) и международных (PubMed, Cochrane Library) базах данных на русском и английском языках.
