Мечникова» Минздрава России</institution></aff></aff-alternatives><pub-date date-type="pub" iso-8601-date="2023-04-18" publication-format="electronic"><day>18</day><month>04</month><year>2023</year></pub-date><issue>2</issue><issue-title xml:lang="en"/><issue-title xml:lang="ru"/><fpage>118</fpage><lpage>124</lpage><history><date date-type="received" iso-8601-date="2023-04-18"><day>18</day><month>04</month><year>2023</year></date><date date-type="accepted" iso-8601-date="2023-04-18"><day>18</day><month>04</month><year>2023</year></date></history><permissions><copyright-statement xml:lang="en">Copyright ©; 2023, Bionika Media</copyright-statement><copyright-statement xml:lang="ru">Copyright ©; 2023, ООО «Бионика Медиа»</copyright-statement><copyright-year>2023</copyright-year><copyright-holder xml:lang="en">Bionika Media</copyright-holder><copyright-holder xml:lang="ru">ООО «Бионика Медиа»</copyright-holder></permissions><self-uri xlink:href="https://journals.eco-vector.com/0300-9092/article/view/340782">https://journals.eco-vector.com/0300-9092/article/view/340782</self-uri><abstract xml:lang="en"><p><bold><italic>Background:</italic></bold><italic> Clinical and pharmacoepidemiological studies have been conducted to optimize the use of antibacterial drugs in pregnant women with somatic diseases.</italic></p> <p><bold><italic>Objective:</italic></bold><italic> To analyze the prescription of systemic antimicrobial drugs to pregnant women with concomitant somatic diseases in routine medical practice.</italic></p> <p><bold><italic>Materials and methods:</italic></bold><italic> A non-interventional retrospective analysis of data from different forms of primary medical documentation was carried out in 144 pregnant women who received systemic antimicrobial therapy for somatic diseases.</italic></p> <p><bold><italic>Results:</italic></bold><italic> The investigation revealed the irrational use of antimicrobial drugs in pregnant women with concomitant somatic diseases: the prescription of identical antibiotics for somatic diseases and peripartum infections; the unreasonable use of preventive cycles of antibacterial drugs, the excessive use of restricted antibiotics according to the WHO AWaRe classification database (third-generation cephalosporins) and inhibitor-protected </italic><italic>β</italic><italic>-lactam agents.</italic></p> <p><bold><italic>Conclusion:</italic></bold><italic> To date, the prescription of systemic antimicrobial drugs to pregnant women with concomitant somatic diseases is rational only in 68.2% of cases.</italic></p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p><bold><italic>Актуальность:</italic></bold><italic> Для оптимизации применения антибактериальных препаратов у беременных с соматическими заболеваниями проведено клинико-фармакоэпидемиологическое исследование.</italic></p> <p><bold><italic>Цель:</italic></bold><italic> Анализ назначения системных антимикробных препаратов беременным с сопутствующими соматическими заболеваниями в рутинной медицинской практике.</italic></p> <p><bold><italic>Материалы и методы: </italic></bold><italic>Проведен неинтервенционный ретроспективный анализ данных первичной медицинской документации 144 беременных, получавших антимикробную терапию в связи с соматическими заболеваниями.</italic></p> <p><bold><italic>Результаты: </italic></bold><italic>Выявлено нерациональное применение антимикробных препаратов у беременных с сопутствующими соматическими заболеваниями: назначение идентичных антибиотиков при соматической патологии и перипартальных инфекциях, необоснованное использование превентивных курсов антибактериальных препаратов, избыточное назначение антибиотиков групп ограниченного доступа согласно классификационной базе данных AWaRe ВОЗ (цефалоспоринов III поколения) и ингибиторозащищенных β-лактамов.</italic></p> <p><bold><italic>Заключение:</italic></bold><italic> На сегодняшний день назначение системных антимикробных препаратов беременным с сопутствующими соматическими заболеваниями является рациональным лишь в 68,2% случаев.</italic></p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>somatic diseases</kwd><kwd>pregnancy</kwd><kwd>antimicrobial therapy</kwd><kwd>multidrug-resistant microflora</kwd><kwd>urinary tract infection</kwd><kwd>bronchopulmonary diseases</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>соматическая патология</kwd><kwd>беременность</kwd><kwd>антимикробная терапия</kwd><kwd>полирезистентная микрофлора</kwd><kwd>инфекция мочевыводящих путей</kwd><kwd>бронхолегочная патология</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Aryee A., Price N.
