During 3 years from 2017 to 2020, the study enrolled 1504 patients aged 20 to 43 years who were treated for infertility by assisted reproductive technologies (IVF).</italic></p> <p><bold><italic>Results: </italic></bold><italic>There were high clinical pregnancy rates per started cycle (50.0%), high live birth rate per embryo transfer (43.1%), with a low transfer cancellation rate (5.4%), including an extremely low risk for ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome (1.4%).</italic></p> <p><bold><italic>Conclusion: </italic></bold><italic>Taking into account the high efficacy and safety, the authors can recommend the use of HP hMG as first-line drugs of choice in the general population when stimulating superovulation in the IVF protocols.</italic></p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p><bold><italic>Цель:</italic></bold><italic> Оценить клиническую эффективность и безопасность применения высокоочищенных человеческих менопаузальных гонадотропинов в протоколах ЭКО в существующей клинической практике в протоколах с агонистами и антагонистами ГнРГ в Северо-Западном регионе России.</italic></p> <p><bold><italic>Материалы и методы:</italic></bold><italic> Мультицентровое открытое наблюдательное исследование было проведено на базе 13 центров Северо-Западного региона России. В течение 3 лет, с 2017 по 2020 гг., в исследование были включены 1504 пациента в возрасте от 20 до 43 лет, проходившие лечение бесплодия с применением вспомогательных репродуктивных технологий (экстракорпорального оплодотворения).</italic></p> <p><bold><italic>Результаты: </italic></bold><italic>Выявлены высокие показатели частоты наступления клинической беременности на начатый цикл (50,0%), живорождения в расчете на перенос эмбриона (43,1%) при низкой частоте отмены переноса (5,4%), в том числе крайне низкой частоте рисков развития синдрома гиперстимуляции яичников (1,4%).</italic></p> <p><bold><italic>Заключение:</italic></bold><italic> Учитывая высокую эффективность и безопасность, можно рекомендовать использование высокоочищенных человеческих менопаузальных гонадотропинов в качестве препаратов первой линии выбора в общей популяции при стимуляции суперовуляции в протоколах экстракорпорального оплодотворения.</italic></p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>infertility</kwd><kwd>IVF</kwd><kwd>human menopausal gonadotropin</kwd><kwd>ovarian stimulation</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>бесплодие</kwd><kwd>ЭКО</kwd><kwd>человеческий менопаузальный гонадотропин</kwd><kwd>стимуляция яичников</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>La Marca A., Sunkara S.K.
