Two groups were identified by the treatment method: a study group that received antibacterial therapy in combination with bivhyaluronidase azoximer; a control group used antibacterial therapy alone.</italic></p> <p><bold><italic>Results:</italic></bold><italic> After treatment, a negative result to the expression of CD138</italic><italic><sup>+</sup></italic><italic> cells was considerably frequent in the study group than in the control group (0.88±1.27 versus 6.48±7.40; p=0.00014). The pregnancy rate in the first cycle after transfer of a single frozen-thawed embryo was statistically higher in the study group than in the control group (78% versus 41.1%; </italic><italic>р</italic><italic>&lt;0.001). Accordingly, the live birth rate was also higher in the study group than in the control group (62% versus 32.3%; </italic><italic>р</italic><italic>=0.008).</italic></p> <p><bold><italic>Conclusion: </italic></bold><italic>Chronic endometritis frequently occurs in women with RIFs. The results of the conducted study showed the high efficiency of using bovhyaluronidase azoximer in combination with antibacterial therapy, a substantial reduction in the expression of CD138</italic><italic><sup>+</sup></italic><italic> cells, and increases in the rate of pregnancy, and the live birth rates in this category of women.</italic></p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p><bold><italic>Цель:</italic></bold><italic> Оценить эффективность применения бовгиалуронидазы азоксимера в комплексном лечении хронического эндометрита у женщин с повторными неудачами имплантации (RIF).</italic></p> <p><bold><italic>Материалы и методы:</italic></bold><italic> Исследованы 84 женщины с хроническим эндометритом и RIF, которым проведены лечение методом ЭКО/ИКСИ в Международном клиническом центре репродуктологии PERSONA (Алматы, Казахстан) с января 2020 г. по январь 2022 г. и наблюдение в течение 9 месяцев после лечения. Выделены 2 группы по методу лечения: основная группа – антибактериальная терапия в сочетании с бовгиалуронидазы азоксимером; контрольная группа – только антибактериальная терапия.</italic></p> <p><bold><italic>Результаты: </italic></bold><italic>Отрицательный результат на экспрессию CD138</italic><italic><sup>+</sup></italic><italic> клеток в основной группе после лечения был значительно чаще, чем в группе контроля (0,88±1,27 против 6,48±7,40, p=0,00014). Частота наступления беременности в первом цикле после переноса единственного замороженного-оттаянного эмбриона в основной группе лечения была статистически значимо выше по сравнению с контрольной группой (78% против 41,1%; р&lt;0,001). Соответственно, частота живорождения также была выше в основной группе (62% против 32,3%; р=0,008).</italic></p> <p><bold><italic>Заключение:</italic></bold><italic> Хронический эндометрит часто встречается у женщин с RIF.
