Solutions to this problem include the improvement of diagnostic equipment, the introduction of novel prognostic models and the use of advanced ultrasound imaging techniques.</p> <p><bold>Objective</bold><bold>:</bold> To analyze the results of ultrasound models used in the detection of ovarian cancer in different age groups and in the implementation of screening in various risk groups, in order to create an optimal comprehensive algorithm for the early diagnosis of ovarian cancer at the primary diagnostic stage.</p> <p><bold>Materials</bold><bold> </bold><bold>and</bold><bold> </bold><bold>methods</bold><bold>:</bold> A total of 50 publications were selected from 186 publications, including meta-analyses, reviews, and articles using PubMed.</p> <p><bold>Results</bold><bold>:</bold> The present study investigated and compared the use of modern ultrasound models and ultrasound imaging techniques in the diagnosis of ovarian masses in different age cohorts and risk groups for the development of ovarian cancer.</p> <p><bold>Conclusion</bold><bold>:</bold> Despite the use of new modern ultrasound models, the challenge of early diagnosis of ovarian cancer persists and makes it necessary to create a new complex algorithm with the use of additional clinical and ultrasound diagnostic methods.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p><bold>Актуальность: </bold>Несмотря на множество предлагаемых моделей и диагностических алгоритмов, ранняя диагностика рака яичников (РЯ) остается одной из главных проблем современной онкогинекологии, для решения которой наряду с совершенствованием диагностического оборудования широко используются новые прогностические модели и методики ультразвуковой (УЗ) визуализации.</p> <p><bold>Цель: </bold>Анализ результатов УЗ-моделей, используемых в детекции РЯ в различных возрастных когортах, а также в имплементации скрининга в группах разной степени риска, для создания оптимального комплексного алгоритма ранней диагностики РЯ на первичном диагностическом этапе.</p> <p><bold>Материалы и методы: </bold>В данной работе из 186 публикаций было отобрано 50, включая метаанализы, обзоры, статьи с использованием источников PubMed.</p> <p><bold>Результаты:</bold> В результате исследования были изучены и сопоставлены показатели использования современных УЗ-моделей и методов УЗ-визуализации в диагностике объемных образований яичников в различных возрастных когортах и группах риска развития РЯ.</p> <p><bold>Заключение:</bold> Несмотря на применение новых, современных УЗ-моделей проблема ранней диагностики РЯ, оставаясь нерешенной, диктует необходимость создания нового комплексного алгоритма с применением дополнительных клинических и УЗ-методов диагностики.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>ovarian cancer</kwd><kwd>ultrasound</kwd><kwd>early diagnosis</kwd><kwd>prognostic models</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>рак яичников</kwd><kwd>ультразвуковое исследование</kwd><kwd>ранняя диагностика</kwd><kwd>прогностические модели</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group><funding-statement xml:lang="ru">Работа выполнена без спонсорской поддержки.</funding-statement></funding-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Arora T., Mullangi S., Vadakekut E.S., Lekkala M.R.
