Аннотация

Представлены данные о влиянии состояния матери на дальнейшее развитие ребенка первого года жизни. Описаны факторы риска возникновения психосоматических и психовегетативных нарушений и определена прогностическая роль генетических или биологических, церебрально-органических и психосоциальных факторов риска в развитии психосоматических отклонений у ребенка. Подробно разобраны функции системы мать—дитя, представлены различные этапы нарушений в ее формировании. Изложены основные принципы психопрофилактической службы, ее цели и задачи.
