Аннотация
Представлены современные сведения о механизмах расширения воротникового пространства эмбриона в I триместре и связи этого феномена с гемодинамическими изменениями в ходе внутриутробного развития (аномальным током крови в венозном протоке плода). Обсуждается алгоритм ультразвукового исследования плода при обнаружении подобных пороков развития.
