Аннотация
Гиперактивный мочевой пузырь (ТМИ) — это симптомокомплекс, сопровождающийся ургентностью, с ургентным недержанием мочи или без него, учащением дневного мочеиспускания и ноктурией. Несмотря на то что данное состояние не несет угрозы для жизни, ГМП оказывает значительное влияние на качество жизни. Общая распространенность симптомов гиперактивного пузыря составляет 12—22%. На сегодняшний день для лечения ГМП применяются антагонисты мускарина (м-холиноблокаторы), агонисты ß-адренорецепторов, модуляторы калиевых каналов и другие препараты. С позиций доказательной медицины, м-холиноблокаторы являются препаратами первой линии (уровень доказательности I и рекомендации уровня А) с низким профилем побочных эффектов.
