Аннотация

Рак молочной железы (РМЖ) на протяжении последних десятилетий продолжает оставаться самым распространенным злокачественным новообразованием среди женского населения. В последние годы отмечается неуклонный рост заболеваемости раком молочной железы у молодых женщин в активный репродуктивный период, что приводит к увеличению случаев диагностики рака на фоне существующей беременности или в ближайшее время после ее завершения. В обзоре освещены дискуссионные вопросы диагностики, тактики лечения, ведения беременности, родов и послеродового периода у таких пациенток.
