Аннотация

Цель исследования. Представить общие подходы к анализу и охарактеризовать национальные системы аудита случаев материнской смерти, функционирующие в настоящий момент в развитых странах. Материал и методы. Публикации о регулярно проводимом на национальном уровне аудите случаев материнской смерти. Результаты исследования. В ряде развитых стран (Великобритания, Австралия, Нидерланды, Канада, Франция, Дания, Новая Зеландия, Ирландия, США) система аудита существуют уже на протяжении многих лет. Под аудитом понимается последовательный процесс получения информации обо всех случаях материнской смерти, установления причин и факторов, которые к ним привели, с обязательной оценкой предотвратимости. Конечной целью аудита является принятие комплекса решений, направленных на профилактику случаев материнской смерти. При этом практически во всех странах процесс носит конфиденциальный характер и регламентирован специальными руководствами. Заключение. Аудит случаев материнской смерти является эффективным способом выявления проблем и установления путей их решений. Рекомендации, публикуемые по результатам такого рода исследований, направлены на улучшение качества медицинской помощи женщинам в период беременности, родов и в послеродовой период.
