Аннотация

В последние годы рождение ребенка откладывают на период достижения профессиональной карьеры, поэтому частота деторождения в возрасте после 30 лет значительно увеличивается, что ассоциировано с более частой диагностикой онкологических заболеваний во время беременности. Долго считалось, что при диагностике злокачественного заболевания во время беременности требуется прерывание беременности, но, как показали последние исследования, в большинстве случаев соответствующее лечение может быть проведено во время беременности без риска для матери и плода. В обзоре освещены дискуссионные вопросы диагностики, тактики ведения и лечения с применением химиотерапии во время беременности.
